1. Independent Seller
You operate as an independent seller. HypeThrift connects you with buyers but does not own, store, authenticate, price, ship, or sell your products.
2. Accurate Listings
Every listing must contain honest photos and accurate information about brand, condition, authenticity, defects, size, measurements, and ownership. You must not hide damage or make misleading claims.
3. Authenticity and Prohibited Items
Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe, restricted, or misrepresented products are prohibited. You are responsible for proving authenticity when reasonably requested and for all legal consequences of your listings.
4. Listing Credits
Listing credits are purchased in packages shown on the seller credits page. Drafts do not consume credits. One credit is deducted only when an approved listing becomes live. Credits are not refundable after they are used.
5. Buyer Communication
You must respond to connected buyers honestly, promptly, and respectfully. Do not disappear after a buyer wins, change agreed terms without consent, or pressure a buyer into an unsafe payment method.
6. Item Payment and Delivery
The buyer pays you directly for the item. You are responsible for agreeing on the item price, delivery method, shipping cost, timing, and proof of dispatch. HypeThrift does not hold or guarantee the item payment.
7. Returns and Disputes
You must clearly communicate your return or refund policy to the buyer. Returns, refunds, delivery problems, and product disputes are handled directly between you and the buyer. HypeThrift does not issue refunds.
8. Seller Account Enforcement
HypeThrift may reject listings, suspend, or permanently ban a seller for counterfeit goods, dishonesty, non-response, fraud, repeated cancellations, harassment, or violation of this agreement.
9. Seller Profile Details
Your store name, location, WhatsApp number, and other submitted information must be current and accurate. You authorize HypeThrift to share your WhatsApp contact with a winning buyer only after the buyer's connection fee is verified.
10. Acceptance
By applying as a seller, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be honest with buyers, respond to them, and fulfill your responsibilities.
